Refund and Return Policy
General Return Guidelines
At LuxYards, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As we collaborate with multiple suppliers, our return and refund policies align with each supplier's guidelines. Please review the following information carefully:
- Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact LuxYards at support@luxyards.com to initiate a return.
- Return Window: Requests must be made within the timeframe specified by the respective supplier (see below).
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Restocking Fees: May apply, depending on supplier policies.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to a LuxYards error or defective product.
TheOutdoorPlus
- Made-to-Order: All products are made-to-order and non-returnable.
- Incorrect Deliveries: Notify LuxYards within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged Shipments: Report any damages within 48 hours of receipt.
LeisureCraft

Order Cancellations:
- Within 14 days: Cancel without penalty.
- After 14 days: $65 cancellation fee applies.
- Within 7 days of ship date: Orders cannot be canceled.

Order Changes:
- Within 14 days: Changes allowed without penalty.
- After 14 days: $65 change fee applies.
Tri-State Distributors
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Authorization Required: No returns accepted without prior approval.
- Non-Returnable Items: Furnace or air conditioner parts are non-returnable.
RMI Ray Murray, Inc.
- RMA Required: All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Reporting Issues: Any order or shipment issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
- Defective Products: If RMI is responsible, they will cover return shipping costs.
Cyanna Valley Spas
- Warranty Registration: Must be completed and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Original Purchaser Only: Warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
Amantii
- RMA Required: All returns must have prior approval and an RMA number issued by Amantii.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns.
- Return Conditions: Products must be freight returned on a wrapped and secured pallet. Units damaged in transit or out of original packaging will not be accepted.
- Time Limit: Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
Rutherford Equipment
- RGA Required: All returns must be approved in advance and assigned a Return Goods Authorization number.
- Restocking Fees: May apply depending on the product type and condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Special orders or custom products are non-returnable unless authorized by Rutherford's supplier.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact LuxYards within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed information and clear photos to help expedite the process.
