General Shipping Information
At LuxYards, we strive to provide timely and reliable delivery across our product collections. We work with a variety of trusted suppliers, and as such, shipping methods, lead times, and carriers may vary depending on the brand and product availability.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Freight Club (Standard LTL Freight)
Most large items ship via Freight Club’s network of trusted freight carriers using curbside delivery.

Transit time: 5–10 business days after shipment
Priority 1 (White Glove & Premium Services)
If you require threshold, white glove, or room-of-choice delivery, we can arrange upgraded logistics via Priority 1 Logistics.

Shipping Method: FOB Ontario, California using a carrier selected by LuxYards, unless otherwise requested

Shipping Method: Curbside delivery only

Customer Responsibility: Customer must unload the crate and may need tools like a crowbar

Shipping Times: Minimum 3 weeks. Tracking provided once available. Lead times may extend depending on accessories and unit availability

Cyanna Valley Spas

Shipping Method: Curbside delivery only

Customer Responsibility: Customers must remove spa from truck—at least two people and proper equipment recommended

Inspection: Carefully inspect upon arrival. Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. Contact LuxYards immediately if issues arise
Amantii
- Shipping Method: Drop-shipped from Amantii’s warehouse with a $75 drop-ship fee.
- Lead Times: Varies based on availability; tracking provided once shipped.
Rutherford Equipment
- Shipping Methods: Ships via FedEx, UPS, or motor freight.
- UPS Shipments: Include a $2 box/handling charge.
- Freight Orders: Prepaid and added to invoice. A 10% freight handling surcharge applies (maximum $10).
- Special Handling: $30 minimum fee for delivery to airports or special locations.
