Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship within the United States, though certain suppliers (such as LeisureCraft) may ship from or to Canada. Shipping times, methods, and lead times vary depending on the supplier and product.

Third-Party Suppliers & Warranties

LuxYards partners with third-party suppliers and distributors, including The Outdoor Plus, LeisureCraft, Tri-State Distributors, Ray Murray Inc., Cyanna Valley Spas, Amantii, and Rutherford Equipment. All warranty coverage is handled in accordance with each supplier’s official policy. LuxYards does not issue or control warranties directly but will support you in initiating warranty claims through the appropriate supplier. LuxYards adheres to any applicable MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, return procedures, and fulfillment restrictions as mandated by these manufacturers.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of our suppliers. In most cases:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty
• After that, cancellation may incur fees or be disallowed depending on the supplier (e.g., made-to-order items)

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. Each supplier has unique return windows and conditions. Please review our policy page or contact us directly for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxYards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any products. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
